DELIVERY TIMELINES

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in Pakistan. If you're based in Karachi, place your order before 4:00 PM and we'll deliver it the same day. Dental students in a hurry can also opt for Express Delivery at a small additional charge, for faster dispatch.

PACKAGING & BULK ORDERS

Every instrument is packed with care — fragile and sharp items get extra protective padding to ensure they reach you safe and ready to use. For bulk orders, delivery charges are calculated based on total
weight, so you'll always know the exact cost before confirming.

TRACKING & CONFIRMATION

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. We also confirm every order via WhatsApp / SMS, so you're never left wondering whether it's on its way.

PAYMENTS & COSTS

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — no hidden fees, no last-minute additions.

DAMAGE, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement.
